Package for the real user journey

A package should explain setup steps, permissions, and sample phrases clearly enough that another developer can install it and understand the Apple-side behavior.

Document required permissions in the README.
Provide a few example phrases.
Use surface tags and descriptions that match the Shortcuts use case.
