Reporting Violations
If you believe a template violates your intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or otherwise violates these policies, please file a report at abuse@axint.ai. Include the template name, URL, and a detailed description of the violation. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
Review Process
We review all reports within 5 business days. Our team investigates the claim independently and may request additional information from you or the template creator. If the violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the template or disabling the account.
Appeals
If your template is removed, you may appeal the decision within 30 days. Submit your appeal to appeals@axint.ai with evidence that the removal was in error. We will reconsider the case and respond within 10 business days. The decision of our appeals team is final.
Repeat Offenders
Accounts with multiple violations will face escalating consequences, including temporary suspension or permanent removal from the Registry. We take abuse seriously and reserve the right to pursue legal action for egregious violations.
